"We have been with Nancy Callahan at State Farm in Austin for 20 years, and now Chris Bryson since Nancy retired. This office continues to provide exceptional and personal service, and protection for those we love. We see that Chris is absolutely continuing the same first-class service and experience. This was posted previously, it still applies, and now adding a recent experience and saying thank you. One of our new vehicles was recently broken into by smashing a window. This was quite unsettling and State Farm handled the claim promptly and efficiently. It was Shani and Lisa who worked together to fully support us. When something like this happens you need understanding and compassion, and that's exactly what Shani and Lisa provided to us. That all important safety net was on display here. Thank you very much."

"This State Farm sales office is really wonderful. They are easy to reach, friendly, responsive, every team member seems to know who you are, and their systems are on point so they can turn things around quickly and competently. Note: The sales office is different from the State Farm Insurance corporate experience. So if you have done your research and State Farm is the company you want to write your insurance, then this sales office is the best I have ever dealt with."

"I spoke to 3 different agents from 3 different Insurance companies to compare rates. Each call was tedious, long (1 to 1.5 hours to go over everything) and the rates were ok. Then I got Shani from State Farm Chris Bryson's office. She was upbeat, super informed, within 10 min she understood what I wanted and the details of what I needed. She sent me a quote by email 10 min later (didn't have me wait for her). Her quote beat everyone by a mile and now I have a personal agent that welcomes me and wants to be of service. "What the heck is wrong with this office? They kept making mistakes on my policy and charging me more for it. They were rude and couldnt figure out how to do their job, and wasted a lot of my time and never corrected their errors or credited me for it. Gas lit me that i should be charged for their mistake and negligence"
