"I filled out the online quote form and quickly got a call from Kelsie who assisted from beginning to end. On the first phone call, she was more than happy to run different numbers. I asked her to give me different rates on different deductibles and she took her time and did so. She ended up getting me such a great deal. I told her I would call her back to finalize everything after speaking with my husband. Unfortunately that same day, our new car had the check engine light turn on just less than 24 hours after getting it.
