"Zinnia, you have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasent to work with but you were not my prime agent as I understand, Joe was(is). In that regard, I do not understand how an insurance agent can not advise a customer instantly when he is not covered having been assurred otherwise about 13 days prior. Here is an opp for risk avoidance."

""Friendly" and "pleasant" are not words typically associated with calling one's insurance company, but I can't think of a better way to describe my interactions with all the folks, and especially Lisa, at our State Farm office. Lisa is helpful and thorough and truly conveys an "I want to help" attitude. Today, I called for clarification of my premiums, which, let's face it, usually ranks right up there with going to the DMV. Lisa patiently answered my many questions with a smile in her voice. Kudos all around!"
