"We have been with Nancy Callahan at State Farm in Austin for 20 years, and now Chris Bryson since Nancy retired. This office continues to provide exceptional and personal service, and protection for those we love. We see that Chris is absolutely continuing the same first-class service and experience. This was posted previously, it still applies, and now adding a recent experience and saying thank you. One of our new vehicles was recently broken into by smashing a window. This was quite unsettling and State Farm handled the claim promptly and efficiently. It was Shani and Lisa who worked together to fully support us. When something like this happens you need understanding and compassion, and that's exactly what Shani and Lisa provided to us. That all important safety net was on display here. Thank you very much."
