When something changes on your policy, you should hear from us immediately. Not thirteen days later, and never after being told something different. If I were in your position, I'd be frustrated too. The situation itself has been corrected, but that isn't the point. You should never have been put there to begin with, and that's on me.

I hope our other reviews show you this isn't how we do business. That's not an excuse, and I'm not offering it as one. You initially dealt with our newest employee, but there have been swift and significant consequences here, and your point about risk avoidance is exactly right.

You said Zinnia was helpful and knowledgeable. She is, and that's the bar in this office. We didn't clear it for you. I left you a voicemail earlier this week and am glad we got to speak. Thank you for your kindness. Again, my deepest apologies.
